Deliveries
Deliveries within specified towns will incur a flat fee of $250.00. Deliveries outside these areas will be charged $250.00 plus $3.14 per mile after the initial 15 miles. Please note, all deliveries require a responsible party to receive, inspect, and sign for materials upon delivery. Lumber Dogs strictly enforces a no returns or refunds policy for delivered materials.
Highlighted towns eligible for flat fee deliveries include: Agawam, Westfield, West Springfield, Springfield, Longmeadow, East Longmeadow, Wilbraham, Ludlow, Chicopee, Holyoke, Southampton, South Hadley, Granby, Hadley, Easthampton, Northampton, Belchertown, Amherst, and Westhampton.
Returns, Refunds, or Replacements
Please inspect all materials before leaving the lumber yard. Lumber Dogs does not accept returns, refunds, or replacements after materials have left. All sales are final.
Sales Tax
For orders made within the US where Lumber Dogs, LLC retains a retail location, in Massachusetts, sales tax will be applied to online purchases placed through www.lumberdogsusa.com. All online orders placed from US states outside of Massachusetts will not be subject to sales tax.
